Terms and Conditions

Platform means the RemoHires website, applications, and related services.

Talent means individuals who register to find remote work opportunities.

Business means companies that subscribe to RemoHires to hire Talent.

Client may be used interchangeably with Business when referring to subscribing organizations.

Subscription Services means the matching, support, and related services provided on a monthly or agreed basis.

• Talent must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification upon request.
• Business must be a legally registered entity.
• All users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and maintain the security of their accounts.

• Business subscribes on a monthly basis after a discovery meeting or initial consultation.
• Subscription fees and billing cycles are outlined in a separate Service Agreement and are not processed through this website.
• Refunds or cancellations are governed by the Service Agreement terms.

• Talent retains ownership of resumes, profiles, and other submitted materials.
• By submitting content, Talent grants RemoHires a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to share profiles with Businesses.
• Business agrees to keep all Talent data confidential and use it solely for recruitment purposes.

• Users may not misuse the Platform, including engaging in spamming, harassment, or unauthorized access.
• RemoHires may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms.

• All Platform design, text, graphics, and logos are owned by RemoHires or its licensors.
• No content may be copied, modified, or distributed without RemoHires' prior written permission.

Any specific placement guarantees, candidate replacements, or service-level commitments are detailed in the Client’s separate Service Agreement document.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemoHires from any claims arising out of their use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
• Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, unless otherwise required by law.

• RemoHires may update these terms periodically.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Significant updates will be communicated via email or notice on the Platform.
