When a Business or Client engages with RemoHires, we collect the company name, contact person, email address, phone number, hiring requirements, and any job specifications or criteria shared during discovery meetings or submitted via email.

Each time you interact with the Services, we automatically gather technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referral URLs. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to remember your preferences and analyze usage patterns.

If you choose to import data using LinkedIn profile import, we collect only the fields you authorize. We also receive anonymized analytics from service providers, such as Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. This helps us understand aggregate usage and improve the platform.

We use personal data to operate and maintain the Services, match Talent with Business opportunities, schedule discovery calls, and facilitate communications.
